About Mavin Rajah
MBA, LL.B (Hons) (London) | Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln’s Inn) | Advocate & Solicitor (Malaya)
With an MBA and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons), and having been called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln’s Inn), Mavin combines international perspective with grounded Malaysian legal experience. He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019 and has since built a dynamic and progressive legal practice.
Mavin’s primary focus is on civil litigation. He is known for his strategic thinking, meticulous preparation, and ability to resolve disputes both in and out of court. Mavin has appeared as counsel and co-counsel at all levels of the Malaysian courts, including the Sessions Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal Court. He also regularly appears before the Industrial Court and Labour Department in employment-related disputes, representing both employers and employees in wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, and statutory claims.
